Embracing the flavors and dining culture of Xiangxi, China
A little bit about us - Xiangxi is a mountainous region located in the northwest of Hunan Province in Mainland China. It is home to the Tujia and Miao ethnic minority groups and is known for its breath-taking scenery, unique architecture, rich culture, and delicious food.
Born and raised in Xiangxi, Wei started this small business in November 2023, aiming to bring the vibrant culture of her hometown’s street food from the mountains to Leeds, using family recipes passed down from her grandmother and mother. Our menu features a variety of braised dishes and street foods, each infused with our signature braising and chili sauce.
